Clean hotel with overall nicefacilities and accommodating staff.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, nestled in the beautiful building with caring staff.

The hotel was a lovely place for enjoying a nice enough area, close to Market Square and all the wonderful shops and restaurants and the University and campus. The continental breakfast offered variety of food, something for everyone's taste.

Everything in the hotel was good, the place was fairly clean. There was a good bar and delicious food at the lobby restaurant.

I loved this hotel, it was neat and cozy. Upholstered furniture and own bathroom, gas powered fireplace and USB ports in the room. The service provided there was excellent.

The location was very very poor, it's a pitty.

The room was stocked, I loved my comfy bed. The location was perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from a general museum.

The hotel is clean, the staff is pleasant, and the room is well stocked. The rooms with a scenic view, TV, the amenities:)))

Staff was extremely accommodating, rooms are fully-equipped, and I loved lovely location. They made my stay very mediocre.

Everything was terrific, loved our terrific stay. Bright bathroom, exceptionally comfortable bed, large bedroom. The casual restaurant was average and offered lovely meals. Good pool area with a hot tub and parasols. Light juices, beers and smoothies in the coffee bar, safe parking place.

Unique location, neat and good rooms and funny staff. Breakfast had plenty of appetising food and drinks. Fairly clean hotel, top notch service. There was a PLEASANT restaurant, a market and stores next door. Also, it was 1 mile from a 300 foot tower.

My stay here was very very good. Impeccably clean truly exceptional accommodation with professional staff and secure location in a very convenient place. I loved the room, the bed was comfortable.

It is familiar hotel, I loved its cozy rooms and discreet staff. Absolutely brilliant view of mountain. Location near a local beach. Good value in a wonderful area.

The hotel is a great place to stay. Really loved their on-site restaurant Poindexter, it was good. The employees where friendly. Would return anytime when in Knoxville, we did not want to leave there.

Everything was simply fabulous. The reason we loved it was fab staff and location. Good central hotel in a downtown area of Knoxville. Restaurant was relatively close to the property. Late check out too.

Fabulous food selection. The location is not far from everything, including a trolley bus stop. Excellent base for a holiday in Knoxville.

No negatives from this place.
